Who is the free recruitment service available to?

The free recruitment service is available to any employer who is looking to take on an apprentice through Educationwise. Whether you are taking on your first apprentice or adding to an existing programme, we are happy to support you with finding the right candidate.

What does the free recruitment service include?

We advertise the vacancy, manage the incoming applications and shortlist the strongest candidates on your behalf. By the time you are involved in the process, the groundwork is already done and the people in front of you are worth your time.

What happens after you have shortlisted candidates?

Once we have shortlisted the strongest candidates we will pass them over to you to review and decide who you would like to meet. The final hiring decision is always yours and we are on hand to support you through that stage of the process too if needed.

What if none of the candidates are the right fit?

If the initial shortlist does not produce the right candidate, we will go back out to market and continue the search. We want to make sure you end up with the right person for your business and we will not consider the job done until that is the case.
