Level 4 Sports Coach Apprenticeship

- Duration: 18 months

EA Coaching Ltd are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join their team as Sports Coach Apprentices, delivering PE and sports sessions in primary schools and holiday camps across Banbury and Towcester.
Day to day you will be assisting with the delivery of high quality sports and physical education sessions, supporting children and young people to develop their skills and confidence and working alongside experienced Senior Activity Professionals to build your own coaching knowledge. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential as travel between school sites will be required.
To be considered for this role you should have recent experience in sport or hold a Level 2 or Level 3 sports related qualification, along with relevant references from a previous employer or education setting.
While in post, you will complete the Level 4 Sports Coach Apprenticeship with Educationwise, with a clear career progression pathway available for the most ambitious professionals on completion.
Level 2 Playworker Apprenticeship

- Duration: 14 months

In Schools Sports are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their team as Apprentice Playworkers, supporting the delivery of engaging and inclusive play sessions for children in primary school settings across Cambridgeshire.
Day to day you will be assisting with the planning and delivery of activities during before and after school clubs, preparing healthy snacks, supporting children with their learning and working alongside experienced staff to create a safe and stimulating environment. A driving licence is essential as travel between school sites will be required.
To be considered for this role you should have good literacy and numeracy skills, a genuine interest in working with children and the ability to engage and motivate young people across a range of activities. Previous experience in a play or childcare setting would be an advantage.
While in post, you will complete the Level 2 Playworker Apprenticeship with Educationwise, gaining a nationally recognised qualification alongside real hands on experience in a primary school environment.
Level 4 Sports Coach Apprenticeship
- Cambridge, Ely, King's Lynn, Peterborough
- Closing Date: 30th April 2026
- Duration: 15 months
- 30 hours per week

In Schools Sports are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join their team as Apprentice Sports Coaches, delivering PE and sports sessions for children in primary schools across Cambridgeshire.
Day to day you will be delivering before and after school clubs, lunchtime activities, curriculum sessions and holiday camps, working alongside experienced coaches to inspire children to be active and develop their skills and confidence. A driving licence is essential as travel between school sites will be required.
To be considered for this role you must hold a Level 3 sports coaching qualification or equivalent, along with relevant references from a previous employer or education setting. A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to inspiring the next generation through sport is essential.
While in post, you will complete the Level 4 Sports Coach Apprenticeship with Educationwise, with opportunities to progress into a full time coaching career on completion.
