Not with programmes or policies, but with people. Every success story we’ve shared since has started with one learner, one employer, one conversation that sparked real change.

From those first few learners to becoming an Ofsted Outstanding provider, our story is one of resilience, ambition, and community. We’ve grown because we’ve never lost sight of why we exist, to give every learner the chance to realise their potential and to give every employer the confidence that their people are ready for the future. Along the way, we’ve embraced innovation, introduced bold new programmes, and built lasting partnerships, but at our heart, we are still about people first.
