Educationwise Named as Finalists in Three Categories at the Quality Professionals Awards 2026

Educationwise finalist award medal representing nomination at Quality Professionals Awards 2026 for training and education excellence

We are incredibly proud to share that Educationwise has been announced as finalists in not one, not two, but three categories at the Quality Professionals Awards: Further Education and Employability 2026.

The Quality Professionals Awards is the leading recognition event for quality and compliance professionals working across the further education and employability sector. Being shortlisted is a significant achievement in itself, and to have three nominations across individual and team categories is a reflection of the culture we have worked hard to build at Educationwise.

Nick Preston has been shortlisted for Quality Improvement Leader of the Year, Independent Provider. Nick’s work has had a direct and measurable impact on how we approach quality improvement across our programmes, and this recognition is thoroughly deserved.

Jon Ford has been shortlisted for Quality Champion of the Year, Independent Provider. Jon embodies what it means to champion quality at every level of an organisation, and his nomination speaks to the consistency and commitment he brings to everything he does.

Our Quality Team has been shortlisted for Quality Team of the Year, Independent Provider. This nomination belongs to everyone involved in building and maintaining the standards that define how we operate, and it is a recognition of what can be achieved when a team takes its responsibility seriously.

At Educationwise, quality is not a department. It is a standard that runs through every programme we deliver, every tutor we employ and every learner we support. As an Ofsted Outstanding training provider, we hold ourselves to a high bar and the people nominated this year are central to why we are able to do that consistently.

For learners considering an apprenticeship or further education with Educationwise, these nominations are a signal of what you can expect: a provider that takes the quality of your experience seriously, that invests in the people responsible for upholding it and that is recognised by the sector for doing so.

For employers looking for a training provider they can trust, this kind of industry recognition matters. It means the programmes your employees go through are delivered and quality-assured by people who are considered among the best in the further education and employability sector.

We want to wish the very best of luck to Nick, Jon and the whole quality team as the winners announcement approaches. Whatever the outcome, the fact that their work has been recognised at this level is something the entire Educationwise team is proud of.

We also want to extend our congratulations to all other finalists across every category. The further education and employability sector does vital work, and events like the Quality Professionals Awards are an important reminder of the talent and dedication that exists across it.
