Educationwise Achieves Highest Possible Rating in CIMSPA Quality Assurance Review

Educationwise achieves CIMSPA Enhancing quality assurance rating — the highest available outcome

Educationwise has received an Enhancing outcome in its most recent CIMSPA Quality Assurance Review, the highest rating available. The review assessed our delivery and assessment of the Transcend Level 2 Award in Leading Inclusive Physical Activities in Modified Multi Sports, and the outcome reflects the standard of provision our team brings to everything we do.

An Enhancing outcome is not simply a tick in a box. It represents a thorough, independent evaluation of how we deliver, how we assess and how we support the learners in our care. It looks at the quality of our education, the strength of our learner journey and the robustness of the policies and processes that underpin our practice. Achieving the highest possible rating across all of these areas is something we are genuinely proud of.

The review highlighted several areas of strength. Our delivery of the qualification was confirmed to be in line with endorsed expectations, with a clear and well-structured scheme of work that sequences content effectively and supports learners through both face-to-face and blended delivery models. The blended approach, developed in response to learner feedback to improve accessibility and reduce travel barriers, was specifically recognised as a meaningful, evidence-led improvement to how we operate.

Our assessment practice was also recognised as consistent, clearly defined and aligned to awarding organisation requirements. The review noted our proactive approach to quality improvement, including the development of internal communication processes and dedicated support for tutors and assessors to strengthen portfolio compliance and consistency.

Learner feedback played a significant role in the review, and what came through was genuinely encouraging. Learners reflected positively on the quality of resources, the supportive learning environment and the confidence and capability they had developed through the programme. That is what this work is really about, not the rating, but the difference it makes to the people going through the qualification.

Our policies across equality and diversity, safeguarding, reasonable adjustments, quality assurance and complaints were all assessed and confirmed as fit for purpose, with strong frameworks in place that reflect our commitment to fair, inclusive and high-quality provision.

At Educationwise, we do not pursue quality for the sake of external recognition. We pursue it because the people we work with, learners, employers and partners alike, deserve provision that is consistently excellent. This outcome is a reflection of the entire team and the standards they hold themselves to every single day.

We are proud of this result and committed to building on it.
