Over the past 12 months, seven former apprentices have successfully transitioned into full-time roles within our team. Five of them have taken on positions as PE teachers, while two are now leading our Wraparound Care venues. Their journey from apprenticeship to full-time employment has been a seamless and rewarding process, reflecting both the quality of training and the positive experience they’ve had!

Our apprentice has played a key role in improving the organisation of our business. Having an additional team member to support the process has allowed us to increase productivity, particularly in practical sessions, while also expanding the range of delivery we can offer. The process has been straightforward, and the availability of online support has further enhanced the efficiency of our operations.

Our apprentice has developed into their role brilliantly, working closely with our sports coach and becoming a valued member of the team. The children enjoy working with them, and they have made a real effort to build connections, taking the time to learn and remember each child's name. The enrolment process has been well-organised, and communication throughout has been effective.

The apprenticeship has helped to bridge the gap between theory and the practical aspects of the role, enhancing both skills and knowledge. The hands-on support and personalised programme have been instrumental in our apprentices development, ensuring that he gains confidence and experience in his role.

I have noticed a clear improvement in our apprentices confidence, as well as his development within his current role. He has become more assured in his responsibilities and continues to build on his skills. He seems to be enjoying the course, engaging well with the content and applying what he has learned to his work effectively.
