Content Creator

Level 3

12 Month Programme

A Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging and informative content across various digital platforms to attract and retain audiences. They work in diverse sectors, including advertising, marketing, digital agencies, broadcasting, and social media organisations. Their primary goal is to create content that aligns with the brand’s voice and meets the needs of the target audience.

In their daily role, a Content Creator collaborates with clients and colleagues to interpret creative briefs and generate innovative ideas. They produce content in various formats, such as text, images, videos, and audio, ensuring it is tailored to the platform and audience. This involves planning and organising content schedules, adhering to project timelines, and maintaining consistency across all channels.

Content Creators must stay updated with industry trends and platform developments to produce relevant and competitive content. They utilise analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of their content, making data-driven decisions to enhance engagement and reach. Additionally, they ensure all content complies with legal and ethical standards, including copyright laws and accessibility guidelines.

Effective communication, creativity, and adaptability are essential skills for a Content Creator. They must be proficient in using various content creation tools and software, possess strong project management abilities, and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality content that resonates with the intended audience.

Over a 12-month programme, learners develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required for the End-Point Assessment. This journey is supported by a blend of weekly online sessions and quarterly face-to-face visits, guided by a dedicated tutor. Learners will have access to online learning and support materials to assist with their weekly off-the-job training.

The programme includes classroom sessions, mentoring, off-site visits, and a structured 20% off-the-job training requirement. Learners must log evidence of learning activities that take place outside their regular work environment but contribute to their apprenticeship. The required training hours will be confirmed during enrolment.

At the Gateway stage, progress is reviewed to ensure readiness for the on-programme assessment. The End-Point Assessment takes place over a three-month period, during which learners will complete a workplace observation, submit a portfolio of evidence, and take part in a professional discussion to demonstrate their proficiency.

Sales Executive

Level 4

15 Month Programme

A Sales Executive is responsible for leading end-to-end sales interactions with customers in both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) markets. They plan sales activities, manage internal sales processes, and are tasked with retaining and growing existing customer accounts, as well as generating new business by contacting prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and finalising sales. 

Typically, a Sales Executive engages with a single point of contact for each sale, presenting a well-considered value proposition. The sales process may be completed in a single customer interaction or over multiple engagements.

In their role, Sales Executives must have a comprehensive understanding of their organisation’s products or services, enabling them to analyse customer needs and offer tailored solutions. They develop customer relationships by building trust and confidence through detailed product knowledge, awareness of competitors, and an understanding of the market in which they operate. Ensuring a positive customer experience is paramount.

Common job titles associated with this role include Sales Consultant, Sales Specialist, Sales Advisor, Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, and Field Sales Executive.
