Our learners, spanning ages 16 to 18 and adults 19 and above, are engaged in diverse fields such as Education, Sport, Fitness, Leisure, and Business Essentials. Matrix noted our staff’s enthusiasm, straightforwardness, openness to change, and solution-focused approach, ensuring our learners receive top-notch education and support.
Innovative and Flexible Learning Platforms
We leverage technology to enhance learning experiences. The Blossom Platform, offering over 800 online courses, and the Cognassist neuro-inclusion platform for initial assessments, exemplify our innovative approach. Matrix commended these tools for allowing us to tailor learning experiences to individual needs, helping our learners thrive.

We pride ourselves on developing strong relationships with employers, ensuring our training programs meet their needs and adapt to their feedback. Quality and continuous improvement are central to our operations. Our robust self-assessment reporting (SAR) cycle and quality improvement plan (QIP) drive our commitment to excellence. Matrix highlighted the high value we place on feedback from staff, learners, and employers in shaping our programs. Our 2022/23 SAR showed a 75% retention rate, with 100% success at end-point assessment, and 45% of learners achieving distinctions or higher.

Our Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) services ensure learners are on the right path, providing support for successful achievement and career progression. The Blossom platform and initiatives like monthly Level Up sessions on topics such as Money Management and Career Development contribute to our learners’ personal growth and readiness for the future, as noted in Matrix’s assessment.
