The Kickstart Scheme is a £2 billion fund for creating 6-month work placements for 16 to 24 year olds who are on Universal Credit and are deemed to be at risk of long term unemployment.
The funding available enables the employer to cover 100% of the relevant National Minimum Wage for 25 hours a week, plus the associated employer National Insurance contributions.
Because Educationwise Academy is a registered Gateway for Kickstart, we can assist you in participating in the Scheme to support young people in the community. Whether you want 30 Kickstarters or just one, we'll help you make it happen.
