COURSE SUMMARY
How It Works:
Our Skills Bootcamp in Sports Coaching gives Learners the opportunity to test their skills at a Level 3 standard.
Whilst no qualifications are given upon completion of the course, an interview with a local employer is guaranteed, making this the perfect entry point for Learners with limited experience, who are looking to begin a career in Sports Coaching, without enrolling in Apprenticeship.
This course is fully funded for eligible learners.
You Will Learn:
Techniques and strategies to enhance participant engagement.
Principles of safe and equitable coaching practice.
Emergency first aid, safeguarding, and health & safety Knowledge.
Employability skills. preparing participants for the workforce.
Applying your skills in real-world settings.
How You Will Learn:
Delivered across a 10 week period.
2x 4 hour sessions per week on Monday and Friday.
80 guided learning hours in total.
Guaranteed interview on completion of the programme.

This standard is ideal for enthusiastic Learners who are looking to begin a career in Sports Coaching. There are no specific entry requirements for this role. Enrolment upon completion of the course is at the discretion of the employer.
